The Disaster Resilience Leadership Academy (DRLA) is the premier source of information and instruction for world leaders responding to natural and manmade disasters and complex emergencies. DRLA aims to strengthen leadership in this field by providing training, education and research programs through an interdisciplinary program taught by expert Tulane University faculty from the Law School, the School of Social Work as well as the A.B. Freeman School of Business, the School of Liberal Arts and the School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. This program is unique in its global reach, systems approach, and its emphasis on providing current and future disaster management and humanitarian agency/program leaders with the analytical tools they need to effectively lead robust, effective and efficient interventions.
